### Shortening Service

At Khayla, we want to ensure that when you receive an abaya from us, it fits perfectly right out of the box! That's why we offer a shortening service. How does it work?

*Step 1:* Add the product you want to shorten to your cart.

*Step 2:* For each product you want to shorten, add a shortening service to your cart. You can find this service product under the menu Shortening Service". 

*Step 3:* During checkout, you have the option to add comments. Please specify the desired length of the item in the comments. Note: the length should be measured from the highest shoulder point. See the red line in the photo below:

*Step 4:* Make sure to purchase a shortening service product for each item you want to shorten. If an item consists of two parts, you need to pay for the shortening service twice.

*Step 5:* If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

*Tip:* If you already have an abaya at home that fits well, lay it flat on the ground and measure it as shown in the photo above.

*Shortening a khimar?* When shortening a khimar, please specify the number of cm to be shortened.

### Our Terms:

- A shortened product cannot be returned or exchanged.
- After checkout, no changes can be made, but cancellations can be accepted if communicated in time.
- Shortening costs of €7.50 per item will be charged.
- The shortening process takes between 3 to 5 business days.
- Always allow for a margin of about 1-2cm when shortening.
